In their second year since re-forming, the Expos are hoping for a better season than their expansion season. Last year the newly formed Expos, stormed out of the gates with a 7-3-1 record. A mid-season 9 game losing streak, really took its toll on the team and they finished with a 9-16-1 record. That was good enough for the 7th seed in the playoffs but were ultimately upset by the 10th seeded Dodgers in the first round.

With the core group of players returning for this season, along with the addition of 5 rookies, the Expos are looking to contend this season. This season the Expos will need to hit much better to balance out their strong pitching and defense if they hope to be a serious contender

Numerous players on the roster have collegiate experience from the following schools, Springfield College, MA; University of Connecticut-Avery Point; Lyndon College, VT; St. Joseph’s College, ME; Castleton University, VT; and Salve Regina University, RI
