It should be 2 good matchups as in game one, last years runner up Portland Panthers do battle with the team with the best record so far this year, the East Hartford Angels. In game 2, close in-division rivals… the Bristol Knights square off with the always tough squad from Elmer’s.

Invite your family, friends… this should be a great time and a gorgeous place to watch us play. See you there.

Info for players/managers…

The visitor clubhouse (3rd base side) and batting cage will be available for you that day starting no earlier than 4:30pm with the start of the first game at 6:00pm.  Unfortunately the concession stands will not be open that night due to a staffing conflict.  The Tigers staff will put our logos up on the big screen. All teams can use the visitors’ clubhouse to change and get ready for their game.  4:30 is the earliest you can arrive and I suggest you get there as soon as possible.  To enter the clubhouse, go to the left of the offices which are left of the box office.  Players entrance door will be open.  Feel free to bring food to eat in clubhouse as there’s a kitchen and table and couch, TV, etc.  But of course clean up after yourselves.

All managers have your lineup written on a separate piece of paper with full name, # and position and bring it to the press box 30 minutes before your game.  Help with any name pronunciation and you can probably request walkup music to him while you’re there.  Otherwise they will pick randomly for each hitter.  As always be VERY friendly and nice to everyone there. Have a great time!!
