On Thursday the Orioles beat the Expos 2-0 behind 5.2 innings of shutout ball from Dustin Mocadlo. Kevin O’Connell came in to get the final four outs to preserve the win.

Friday the Orioles beat the first place Angels 7-3 earning their second straight win. The team was led by a great pitching performance from Ryan Ericksson who struck out 6. Eli Greenberg came in to shut the door and earn his first save. Angel Davilla put the game out of reach with his clutch two out two run double  in the bottom of the 5th. Both wins were aided by great team defense and timely hitting. The Orioles look to continue their winning ways next week as they face the Indians on Monday at CCSU.
